Took pictures as instructed. Inspected kitchen sink p trap. Ran a lot of water down both sides of the sink. Filled basin and let it drain. Did not see anything leaking. Checked all compression connections and confirmed all were tight and secure. One connection was slightly loose going into the p trap but I tightened it and made sure it would no longer slip up and down and need to be supported by the candle. No further issue at this time related to anything I was asked to come out for.

Final pressure is tested and fine-tuned to ensure proper function.

Warranty: This installation is backed by a 1-year labor warranty, covering our workmanship. Win with Chen members receive an extended labor warranty for a total of 2 years.

Customer stated that there is low water pressure all throughout their home. Ran water inside home and found that once more than two things are on in the home water pressure drops dramatically. I am not able to get into water heater room so we’ll have to reschedule to come back tomorrow to run diagnostics.
