Found basement kitchen sink drain clogged. Removed discontinued 3/4 hvac drain into 2” kitchen sink drain in mechanical room behind kitchen. Kitchen drain is abs above slab and cast iron in slab. Ran sewer cable into drain to clear blockage. Cleared blockage at about 35’ a ran about 30+’ more cable. Ran kitchen sink to test left in good working order.

Customer called us out for a potential leak in front of water meter, after giving customer an initial charge of exploratory dig. We found issue to be three-quarter black iron nipples that was buried underground with three-quarter gate valve. Informed customer that repair would remove both black iron nipple, and gate valve. Customer agreed replaced section of pipe that was bad with pex piping. All work has been thoroughly tested and complete.

Serviced Wayne 1/2 HP sump pump system @ Berkeley Lake property. Basin had accumulated significant silt/debris which I thoroughly cleaned out. Float mechanism was sticking occasionally - lubricated and tested repeatedly to ensure smooth operation. Discharge line clear with functional check valve. Battery backup system tested and operating as designed. Power connections secure with proper GFCI protection. System now cycling properly. Recommended quarterly checks given property's location in flood-prone area.
