For this job I came out to take a look at water heater on a second floor, the water heater appeared to be from 2008 Rheem, it was leaking from the bottom. We would have to mount the thermal expansion tank and install a bracket for the new water heater. Potentially replace the ball valve on the water heater. A 50 gallon tall will not fit application only a 50 gallon short wheel so that is what we would have to install it with is on a second floor upstairs maybe full water due to the fact that the customer tried to drain it but it would not drain so that may be an issue with Getting it down. Second person is required to replace the water heater given where it is in the home additionally we checked the water pressure of the house to ensure that there were no underlying problems and as a result, the water pressure is fine so therefore it would just be a replacement of a tank water heater at this time. I gave an estimate for the work in the CUSTOMER will reach back out to us if they’d like
