Found water service leaking under garage slab. Rerouted water service from meter to left side of house with new 1” Pex pipe. Drilled new penetration in to water heater room. Installed new whole house shut off and Prv. Replaced 50 gallon water heater with new 50 gallon rheem electric water heater with new thermal expansion tank and new ball valve. Tagged valves for identification. Tighten flapper and replaced fill valve in powder room toilet as a courtesy.
Replace water service with new penetration into mechanical room off of garage. Will bore under driveway and sleeve new water line under driveway. Will also replace Prv and water heater.
Water heater not working upon arrival. Customer stated their 80 gal electric water heater is no longer producing hot water. Informed customers we could replace the 80 gal with another 80 or a 50 gal electric, if they were to drop down to the 50 gallon they may run out of hot water due to 5 people living in the house. Customer stated he wanted the price of the 80 gallon so he could give it to the landlord. Gave customer estimate, customer declined estimate

He sent the best, Kim. Kim arrived promptly and ready to resolve my issue. He assessed the problem and had a plan to restore my water system. Victor and his co-worker arrived with eagerness to help get the job done. Victor was very thorough and patient with me. He answered all of my questions and showed me how to use my new main water line. Chen plumbing worked very well as a team to get my water leak fixed today. Thank you Chen plumbing!
