After performing an inspection, I was unable to identify any plumbing-related issues requiring repair or replacement at this time. The overflow appears to have occurred because the faucet was left running while the sink was stopped up, causing water to rise above the sink and spill over onto the surrounding cabinets. Water also entered the cabinet below the sink and may have reached the flooring. I recommended that the homeowner contact a water mitigation company to perform a further inspection and assess the extent of the water damage, as water mitigation is outside the scope of our services. I referred the homeowner to Provision for further evaluation and assistance. They will be handling the matter moving forward. Additionally, I checked the home’s water pressure, and the readings were within the normal range. I also inspected the tankless water heater and

It’s chance. Water in ceiling of a bedroom. Where did it come from? It was not the water repiping in the attic. Everything was dry. Solved (we think). A branch hit the roof and split a pipe (we think). Now, the roofer comes into play. Where did the water come from!! The rain on Saturday, the plumber and I think.. tune in for the answer.
