Tub not draining upon arrival. Customer stated he tried to snake the tub out but his snake didn’t hit anything. Customer suspected it was hair due to this being the most used shower in the house. Informed customer we could run our cable through the line to clear the blockage. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Ran cable out 25 ft, cleared the blockage and pulled back hair. Ran tub it and is no longer backed up. Tub is draining properly upon departure

Sewer ejection pump not working upon arrival. Customer stated he noticed the downstairs toilet not flushing as good and checked to see if the pump was running but it was just humming and not pumping any of the pit out. Informed customer we could replace the pump due to it being seized up. Customer wanted to keep old check and ball valve. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Installed new zoeller sewer pump and caulked around lid and seals to help seal the lid. Tested pump 3 times to ensure it was working properly. Pump is working properly and no leaks upon departure. Snaked upstairs shower drain as a courtesy for the customer. No warranty on the snaking the shower.
