Upon arrival, customer states they are warning hose bib added on main water service on top of Hill. After inspection, noticed main water service is a galvanized waterline. Informed customer we will not be able to install new hose bib on current water service. Provided customer estimate to run pipe from crawlspace up through laundry room and install hose bib on siding. Also provided customer estimate to replace water service with a 1 inch pex line and install new hose bib on main water service on top of Hill.

I’m in the process of selling my house, and has a major gas leak. My realtor referred to me Chen Plumbing. Eric, a technician, was sent out to my house, and he found the leaking gas line was in the crawl space where to pipes were in contact with each other. He made the repair, and I was so impressed with his work, I had him come back out to take care of some plumping issues before I sold the house. He did great work!! The people in the office were also great, and they kept me informed of when the technician was going to be out to do the work. I recommend Chen Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done!
