Water leak upon arrival. Customer stated he had two other companies out and they both confirmed the water service was leaking. Customer had water pooling up and running around the foundation in the back yard. After isolating the water to just the water service the meter is still spinning. Informed customer he does have a leak on the water service but we could not guarantee that is what is causing the pooling in the back yard. Informed customer he has irrigation back there and the valve for the irrigation could be bad. Informed customer we could replace the water service and add a ball valve for the irrigation to make sure that the water service is no longer leaking. Gave customer estimate, customer stated he was going to look over all 3 companies estimates and make a decision

For this customer came out to diagnose and potentially repair a sewer line that was backed up. I took a look at the initial issue flush the toilet a few times to see if it would back up ransom water in the shower to see if anything would back up and nothing had backed up Now the option of what we could do is snake the drain line to see if there is a blockage in the line and then camera it afterwards in order for me to do that work. I would need approval from the landlord, however since the landlord did not return the phone call unfortunately I have left and no work has been started or completed at this time. They can give us a call back for a reservice to have us take a look at it if it is continued to back up.
