Returned to replace galvanized water service per quote that was signed back in September. When we arrive began trenching for new water service like new three-quarter uponor piping into trench and connected at meter with new meter nipple and ball valve for Personal use. Use existing penetration to get water service into crawlspace. Replaced main valve and PRV with 10 foot of additional piping to remove remainder of galvanized piping. After work was complete check for leaks and proper function and backfilled trench rough grade.

Juan was very helpful in diagnosing a sewage smell issue that had been happening for several months. He answered all my questions during the sewer scope and his partner checked the vents and manholes to see if there were any issues that we might have missed. They weren’t able to find anything but gave me the video and advice I needed to pursue the issue further with the city or test my water boiler’s exhaust.
