Upon arrival, the customer reported a sewer line leak and requested an estimate to replace the existing galvanized water service line. After evaluating the plumbing system and discussing the available options with the customer, I recommended replacing approximately 60 feet of cast-iron drain piping in the crawl space. I also proposed replacing the existing water service with a new 1-inch PEX line to provide adequate water volume, along with installing a new water service stub-out on the side of the home, as the existing line runs beneath the concrete porch. During the evaluation, I also observed that the existing water heater was approximately 10 years old and that the water supply line feeding the unit had been reduced from 3/4-inch to 1/2-inch. I informed the customer of the water heater's age and the need to address the existing installation to meet applicable code requirements. I recommended replacing the existing unit with a new 50-gallon tall natural gas water heater. The custome

Upon arrival, customer stating they are wanting sewer camera inspection. Provided customer estimate to pull toilet and run camera, customer provide estimate. Rent camera all the way to city tap. Drain line is in good shape, it is aged cast-iron. Due to age cast-iron is building up a couple spots.
