Job Locations and Reviews
Shut down water to home and replace three-quarter inch PRV. Furnish and install new 2.5 gallon thermal expansion tank and secure. Detach and remove gas connections where leak was found and rework. Relight water heater once gas line is repaired and tested.
Quote faucet replacement
Customer had water bill multiply in cost greatly compared to normal. Upon arrival check house pressure, checked if the t&p was discharging, and inspected all toilets in the house. Noted the three toilets that customer stated were leaking. The other two had no apparent leaking. Replaced the powder room toilet flapper seal (American Standard) on main floor and replaced the American standard flapper seal upstairs that was leaking. Both fill valves had been repaired within the past few years and didn’t need replacing at this time. The Kohler toilet upstairs received a full rebuild to stop the leak. While work was being performed on the toilets, left water off at the shutoff inside the home to ensure there were no leaks in the yard. The line stayed static for around 15 minutes with no movement so no leaks found in the yard. Returned water to the home and checked the meter. Meter was no longer spinning.
